  2. Select Your Session Length: Choose either the 45-minute or 90-minute session based on your training package.

  3. Find a Date and Time: Browse through the available dates and times on the calendar. Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to book early to secure your spot.

  4. Click 'Book Session': Once you've found a date and time that works for you, simply click the 'Book Session' button to confirm your booking.
